Where the van parks
The van is fully self-contained, with its own water, hot water and power. It needs one thing from you: a spot at the curb or in the driveway for about two hours.
Permit streets
Much of Beverly Hills is permit-only or time-limited parking. If your street needs a permit, we may need a guest permit from you for the duration of the visit. Have it ready when we pull up.
Driveways
A wide driveway is the easiest stop in the city. If the van fits and can sit level with the side door open, we use it and your street stays clear.
The canyons
On Benedict, Coldwater and the smaller canyon roads the van needs a level, safe pull-in, usually your driveway apron. If your street is narrow, has construction, or has no place the van can legally stop, we need to set an alternative location in advance, such as a nearby wider street. Send a photo of the street when you book and we will sort it out before the day.
Condos and apartments
South of Wilshire we groom outside buildings every week. Meet us at the curb or the loading zone, or arrange a spot with your building. You bring your pet down, we hand them back to you at the door when we are done.

Pick a time online and we call before the appointment to confirm pricing. First-time clients send a photo of the coat with the booking so the quote is accurate.
One-hour arrival window
You get a one-hour window, a reminder the day before, and an on-the-way text. A responsible adult needs to be home for the hand-off.
One pet at a time
No cages, no kennel dryers, no other animals. Your dog or cat is the only one in the van, and the groomer’s full attention is on them for the whole visit.
Pricing
Baths from $127, full grooms from $187, doodles and poodle mixes at $147 per hour. Cats from $187 for a bath and brush-out. Exact pricing is confirmed before we start.
