Parking is the whole logistics
The van is a complete grooming salon with its own water, hot water and power. Nothing plugs into your home. The only thing we need is somewhere to put it for about two hours.
Curbside is fine
Standard street parking near your door is all it takes. A driveway works too if the van fits, and so does a nearby lot. Tell us at booking what the street is like and we plan the stop.
Permit streets
Many blocks in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, West Hollywood and Hancock Park are permit-only or time-limited. If your street needs a permit, we may need a guest permit from you for the duration of the visit. Have it ready when we arrive and we handle the rest.
Condos, towers and gated streets
We groom outside apartment buildings and condo towers all the time. Meet us at the curb or the loading zone, or arrange a spot with your building. For gated communities, leave our name at the gate.
Canyons and hillside streets
The van needs a level, safe spot where it can sit with the door open. On canyon roads that is usually your driveway apron or a pull-out. If your street is narrow, has construction, or has no place the van can legally stop, we need to set an alternative location in advance, such as a nearby wider street. Send us a photo of the street when you book and we will sort it out before the day.
Arrival, timing and the edges of the map
One-hour arrival window
You get a one-hour window, a reminder the day before, and an on-the-way text. A responsible adult needs to be home to hand off your pet and take them back.
Just outside the map?
Our regular range is the list above. Nearby areas are case by case, depending on the day’s route. Call or text and we will tell you straight away whether we can get to you.
More than one pet
Pets at the same address are groomed back to back in the same visit, one at a time in the van. Dogs and cats both.
Hours
Sunday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Closed Saturdays.
