Where the van parks
The van is fully self-contained, with its own water, hot water and power. Nothing plugs into your building. It needs one thing: a spot at the curb, in a driveway or a loading zone for about two hours.
Permit districts
Most residential streets in West Hollywood are permit-only or limited to one or two hours. If your street needs a permit, we may need a guest permit from you for the duration of the visit. Have it ready when we pull up and we handle the rest.
Apartments and condos
Most of our West Hollywood clients live in buildings. Meet us at the curb, the loading zone or the front of the garage, or arrange a spot with your building. You bring your pet down, we hand them back at the door when we are done.
Narrow streets
On the tighter blocks in the Norma Triangle and West Hollywood West the van needs a legal spot where it can sit level with the side door open. Tell us what your street is like when you book and we plan the stop.
The hills and canyons
Above Sunset and up Laurel Canyon the van needs a level, safe pull-in, usually your driveway apron. If your street is narrow, has construction, or has no place the van can legally stop, we need to set an alternative location in advance, such as a nearby wider street or a friend’s driveway. Send a photo of the street with your booking and we will sort it out before the day.
The appointment
Book online or by text
Pick a time online and we call before the appointment to confirm pricing. First-time clients send a photo of the coat with the booking so the quote is accurate.
One-hour arrival window
You get a one-hour window, a reminder the day before, and an on-the-way text. A responsible adult needs to be home for the hand-off.
One pet at a time
No cages, no kennel dryers, no other animals. Your dog or cat is the only one in the van, and the groomer’s full attention is on them for the whole visit.
Pricing
Baths from $127, full grooms from $187, doodles and poodle mixes at $147 per hour. Cats from $187 for a bath and brush-out. Exact pricing is confirmed before we start.
In their words
“Booking an appointment was easy, and they went out of their way to accommodate our schedule. Angel did an amazing job grooming our little terrier mix, Willow. He was kind, patient, and gentle, and Willow has never looked better!”
Wolf S., West Hollywood, Yelp“Both dogs were so happy and Yaniv heard everything I said in regard to the groom and the dogs’ personal needs and took them one at a time. Both came back the best they’ve ever looked.”
Erin K., West Hollywood, Yelp“My little rescue dog is very protective and barks at strangers. Not so with Yaniv, my pup was relaxed and seemed to feel safe right away. He looks like a completely different pooch.”
Karen S., West Hollywood, Yelp“His mobile van was spotless inside and out and he was extremely professional and very personable. Charlie was so relaxed and very happy. Not that much more than a brick and mortar pet salon, super convenient.”

YM C., Los Angeles, Yelp“You do not have to leave your house, deal with traffic and parking, or worry about other people’s pets getting yours worked up.”
