Parking for the Van
We need a standard curbside parking spot close to your front door. A driveway, street parking, or nearby lot all work — please let us know if parking may be limited.
Arrival Window
We schedule within a one-hour arrival window. You will receive a reminder before your appointment and a heads-up when your groomer is on the way.
Pricing by Breed & Coat
Pricing depends on your pet’s breed, size, and coat condition. We confirm the exact price with you before the groom begins — no surprises.
Confirmation Before We Arrive
After booking, we confirm your appointment details before grooming day. A responsible adult must be available at home during the appointment.
